From the license of X13-VSA: "You are not allowed to distribute or publish x13-vsa on the internet. Unauthorized distribute or publish, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble of the software will constitute a breach of this agreement and subject you to liquidated damages in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) per copy per instance occurred.
All parts of the software including a unique invisible identifier with your own license number and your name for protection against software piracy."
