Los Cro-Mags fueron una banda hardcore oriunda de New York.Fueron de las primeras bandas(como Suicidal Tendencies en la costa Oeste) en fusionar el hardcore y el trash metal y fueron asociados con el nacimeinto de un hardcore-punk mas duro allá en los comienzos de los 80's.
