Û°²Û Û  Guitarist, singer, and songwriter. Born Johnny Allen Hendrix     Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  (later changed to James Marshall) on November 27, 1942, in       Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  Seattle, Washington. Learning to play guitar as a teenager,      Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  Hendrix grew up to become a rock guitar legend. He began his     Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  career by playing in a number of bands in his youth. Hendrix     Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  later enlisted in the United States Army in 1961 and became as   Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  a paratrooper. Even as a soldier, Hendrix found time for music,  Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  creating a band named The King Casuals. He served in the army    Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  until 1965 when he was discharged because of an injury.          Û Û²°Û

Û°²Û Û  After leaving the military, Hendrix pursued his music, working   Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  as a session musician and playing backup for such performers as  Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  Little Richard, Sam Cooke, and the Isley Brothers. He also       Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  formed a group of his own called Jimmy James and the Blue        Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  Flames, which played gigs around New York City’s Greenwich       Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  Village neighborhood. In mid-1966, Hendrix met Chas Chandler, a  Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  former member of the Animals, a successful rock group, who       Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  became his manager. Chandler convinced Hendrix to go to London   Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  where he joined forces with musicians Noel Redding and Mitch     Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  Mitchell to create The Jimi Hendrix Experience.                  Û Û²°Û

Û°²Û Û  Released in 1967, the band's first single, "Hey Joe," was an     Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  instant smash in Britain, and soon followed by such other hits   Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  as "Purple Haze" and "The Wind Cried Mary." On tour in Europe    Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  to support his first album, Are You Experienced?, Hendrix        Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  delighted audiences with his outrageous guitar-playing skills    Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  and his innovative, experimental sound. He won over American     Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  music fans with his stunning performance at the Monterey         Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  International Pop Festival in June 1967, which ended with        Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  Hendrix lighting his guitar on fire. Quickly becoming a rock     Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  music superstar, Hendrix scored again with his second album,     Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  Axis: Bold as Love (1968). His final album as part of the Jimi   Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  Hendrix Experience, Electric Ladyland (1968) was released and    Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  featured the hit "All Along the Watchtower," which was written   Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  by Bob Dylan. The band continued to tour until it split up in    Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  1969.                                                            Û Û²°Û

Û°²Û Û  That same year, Hendrix performed at another legendary musical   Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  event, the Woodstock Festival. His rock rendition of "The        Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  Star-Spangled Banner" amazed the crowds and demonstrated his     Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  considerable talents as a musician. He was also an accomplished  Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  songwriter and musical experimenter. Hendrix even had his own    Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  recording studio in which he could work with different           Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  performers and try out new songs and sounds.                     Û Û²°Û

Û°²Û Û  Hendrix tried his luck with another group, forming Band of       Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  Gypsys in late 1969 with his army buddy Billy Cox and drummer    Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  Buddy Miles. The band never really took off, and Hendrix became  Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  working on new album tentatively named First Rays of the New     Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  Rising Sun, with Cox and Mitch Mitchell from the Jimi Hendrix    Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  Experience. Unfortunately Hendrix did not live to complete the   Û Û²°Û

Û°²Û Û  Hendrix died on September 18, 1970, from drug-related            Û Û²°Û
Û°²Û Û  complications. While this talented recording artist was only 27  Û Û²°Û

No son temas piratas,el dvd está a la vta en Amazon y según las reviews los temas son muy poco conocidos,ergo no son hits.
La resurreción fue mentira hace 2000 años asi que imaginate si va a ser verdad ahora.
