Osho - Nadabrahma Meditation
Nadabrahma is an old Tibetan techniques which was originally done in the early hours of the morning. It can be done at any time of the the day, alone or with others, but have an empty stomach and remain inactive for at least fifteen minutes afterwards. This meditation lasts 1 hour and there are 3 stages.
