Sinopsis:
Bangkok, Tailandia. El cuerpo desnudo de una mujer joven (Angel) es descubierto atado en el río Chao Praya. Un detective del Departamento de Policía de Tailandia llega a la escena y se horroriza al descubrir que la víctima es la hija de uno de un amigo suyo, Johnny (Dustin Nguyen), un hombre cuya amistad se remonta a tiempos anteriores, cuando ambos eran novatos en la CIA. Un hombre que no se detendrá ante nada para hacer pagar a los responsables.
