Sinopsis:
Wade Winston Wilson, también conocido como Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds), no ha tenido una infancia fácil con el abandono de su padre y la falta de cariño e indiferencia de su madre. A una cierta edad decide alistarse en el ejército y allí da cuenta del gran tirador que es. Además, comenzará a realizar trabajos de mercenario y acabará convirtiéndose en uno de ellos. Su vida transcurría normal junto a su novia Vanessa hasta que llega la terrible noticia de que está enfermo de cáncer. Sus días están contados y decide abandonar a su pareja. Para poder ganar tiempo se somete al "Arma X" que provoca una alteración genética en su organimos que detiene la enfermedad y renace como un indestructible antihéroe.
