Sinopsis:
Un grupo de pandilleros y de policías corruptos planean el asesinato de un oficial de policía para llevar a cabo el mayor atraco jamás hecho en la ciudad. Para robar el banco quieren activar la alerta 999 (un código policial que significa ayuda inmediata) en la otra punta de la ciudad para alejar al cuerpo de policía del lugar en el que lo están perpetrando. Para activar la alerta quieren matando a un agente novato, pero nada sale como habían previsto.
