Sinopsis:
Cuando el malvado Shredder escapa de la muerte, regresa con un perverso plan: acabar con los cuatro superhéroes: Rapahel, Leonardo, Michelangelo y Donatello. Para ello, secuestra al profesor Jordan Perry y así conseguir la pócima que hizo posible la mutación de las tortugas. Una vez en su poder, recluta a dos criaturas, Rahzar y Tokka, para que destruyan a Las Tortugas Ninja. Las tortugas deberán enfrentarse a estos malvados con la ayuda de su maestro Splinter, la periodista April y su amigo Keno.
