Womb Ghosts' está escrita y dirigida por Dennis Law, quien nos propone una historia para estómagos de acero, que combina los típicos y más impactantes relatos de fantasmas, con la crudeza de historias como 'Imprint' de Takashi Miike o 'Dumplings' de Fruit Chan. El feto que regresa tras su muerte en el interior de la madre, se conoce bajo el nombre generico de Womb Ghost. Una interrupcion brusca del embarazo y la posterior muerte del feto, convierte a este en la clase de espiritu mas diabolico que jamas haya existido. Un hospital mental esta tomado por los espiritus. El misterioso aborto espontaneo de una joven y bella interna provoca que las autoridades investiguen el caso…
